Anyone? Thanks.
Anyone ever changed the drive belt? I have all the screws taken out on the one side and it won't pop off. I haven't taken the motor out, but I was thinking I wouldn't need to. There is nothig catching as I can pull the side slightly out. I am unsure if it is stuck on the guide wheels or the drive wheel. Any help anyone has on this would be great. Thanks.
Anyone? Thanks.
Are you talking about the yellow belts that are on either side of the scrubby wheel? I'll look at mine tonight and let you know if I have any ideas...

Yes, that is what I am talking about. I am going to take every screw out and take the electric motor out. I am sure there is a trick, a pin to pop or something I just can't find it. I was hoping someone else had. If the shop that fixes these wasn't 1 1/2 hrs away I would have left it there and been done with it. The curse of being handy is getting stuck sometimes I guess. Thanks for any help.
Ok, I figured it out. Once you get all the screws out you just have to take it slowly but lever it open. The pieces were just dry welded together and it took a little controlled brute force to get them to seperate. If anyone ever decides to take apart their Dolphin Diagnostic, I can help them out.
Did the belt break, get loose, chewed up, etc. Why did you have to change it? Glad to see you got it apart.
