My pool water is 52 degrees as of yesterday. I did a test for CYA using the disappearing dot with a 25ml sample (Rainbow Lifeguard). Before I ran the test I warmed the sample up to 70 degrees in a water bath.

Since the warming process took only a minute or two would you consider the results to be valid. I got slightly less than I expected??
