Default Will I need vac for opening?

My vac hose it broken, which I didn't care about cuz I have a Dolphin so I don't vacuum. But this is my first pool opening. Will the pool guys need the hose for anything? I'll have to get a new one if they do.

My pool company does not include pool vac for the standard opening fee. If I wanted them to vac the pool they would charge extra.

Your Dolphin should do everything for you...But expect to run it several cycles. I usually need to run it 3 or 4 times to get EVERYTHING out.

Also, consider getting a PoolBuster and the fine-mesh filter to go with it. You'll never use a hose vacuum again!

    IMHO and experience

Thanks. I only vacuumed once last summer and it was such a strain on my back . That is what prompted me to buy the Dolphin.

A poolbuster is on my list of pool gadgets for this year! There is going to be construction directly behind me all summer so I am sure there will be a lot of dirt falling in my pool. I am hoping the buster will be good enough for in between Dolphin touchups.
BTW- is there a good online store for the PoolBuster?
Sunnydays- I see you are in Bucks county. I have a sister in Newtown. Beautiful area.
