Does anyone have experience with this e-tailer? Their prices are noticeably lower than anyone else I've found on the web, and they don't take phone calls, only e-mail. So, they seem to be a really low overhead, low personal service level operation. That's OK with me if I know what I need. But, I'd like to have some confidence they deliver what they promise in a timely manner. Thanks for any feedback!
