Default Welcome year 2007 agp newbies

In Arizona, we will be in the nineties next week. My phone is starting to ring off the hook with folks wanting liners replaced, pools installed and pools moved. When the temp hits the nineties and I start getting a little sweat dripping down the arm pit I say to myself, “it feels like money”.

There are three really great things about spring. I make more money, the women wear less cloths and this forum comes to life.

I want you all to know, if you have questions about above ground pools, this is the place to be. The knowledge this place can generate is amazing. There are some real pros working here, ask and we will give you straight answers.

Here’s to the best above ground swimming pool forum on the net. Dennis

Hey! We are also the best inground pool forum on the net!

And we're the best for portable pools like donuts too!

Plus, in addition to our pros, we have our amateur "pros" too!

It's mid-March--that means here in North Central New Jersey I'm thinking about how, a month from now, I have to start the process of opening my pool. We'll probably have more snow and more freezes between now and then, but I'll be re-installing repaired solar panels, getting the water ready...

My goal every year is to have the water swimable by the first week of May--and with solar heating it IS possible.

Thanks for helping me out Carl. Yes, I would have to agree, the best pool forum on the web. And when I said pool pros, I meant pool owners that have got it down and love to share their knowledge. Not those that work in the pool industry.

The knowledge shared in this forum is outstanding. I'm just glad to be a part of it, in the way far corner of above ground pool installations.

    Happy pool season, Dennis

We are so glad to have all of these guys on here to help us out. Although not a newbie to pools last year, I was a newbie to BBB and we got our very first brand new bigger than 18' pool - they really walked us through installation well - when we thought things were dark (as in chocolate brown due oxidation of rusty water) we thought we would go CRAZY, but we got so much help here we were swimming in no time! This IS the best place on the net for pools the people who are their devoted slaves.
    Beats driving to the lake!
