Default Cartridge filter cleaner any good?

Anyone have experience with the Blaster 3000 cartridge filter cleaner. Does it work?

I finally got one this past September and it is really great. Here is a review I posted elsewhere:

I was very skeptical about this product. It took me a long time to decide to buy it. I couldn't find many reviews and I just could not imagine that it would work as well as advertised. I have one of the largest (probably the largest residential) Clean & Clear Cartridge Filters available. Although that means that I don't have to clean it as often, the filters are large and heavy. I am not a large person and I dread moving the filters out to the lawn to stand there with a hose for an hour cleaning them, not to mention the waste of water!

Out of the box, this works. I clean the filters over the lawn because that is the most environmentally sensitive way of doing it. The Blaster worked on the lawn no problem, even in slightly uneven areas. I started it slowly as recommended and it left a "path of clean" behind it as the cartridge rotated. It was so cool, my young daughter begged to help and I ended up leaving the task to her which left me with time to descale the saltwater chlorinator, clean the filter canister, and relube the gasket. Even working alone, I could have done all of that because the thing runs on its own.

The filters were cleaner in 4 minutes each (2 on each end) than they ever were manually hosing them off.

    THANK YOU!!!

I agree - just got one after reading your review and what a great product! It does a great job on my cartridge filter - with a lot less water and pain in the back!!
