Any "Egg Heads" out there? I bought one today and it will be delivered this Saturday. Plan on using it Sunday for the first time. I have read quite a bit about the Big Green Egg and it seems fantastic after you learn how to control the temperature. I purchases the large one and a cypress cart to put it in. Should be great on the deck next to the pool. Please let me know if you have any tips for beginners.

If you can't get a real ceramic cooker, such as a Kamado, the Egg will do.
