Sharon, if you would let me/ us know the heater and what it's "saying", there's a fair chance that we could save you a service call (however, if it's still under warantee, get the 'pool dudes' out there to take care of it!!!).
The original builder/ installer should always! be the first choice, when something goes wrong in the first year! If they won't or can't fix it, there are lots of folks here to help you. If the contractor won't help you, just 'give a whistle' and I'll help (as will a lot of other Forum members)![]()

Having done construction and service for 4 pool companies in 4 states starting in 1988, what I know about pools could fill a couple of books - what I don't know could fill libraries
well, today it worked fine; I will keep an eye on it and let you know if it happens again. Thank you for your help!
