right I have the Polaris autoclear plus and the owners manual I found on line does not address this issue at all.
What perplexes me is why it is shutting off now when the water temp has been in the 70's for at least 2 days now. I just cleaned the cell so it should not be scale. I also am at the upper level of salt as of saturday when I checked it.

I will call the Polaris hotline again tomorrow, but I dont expect to get the answers to be honest. very frustrating.
