The short answer is "YES". We just finished installing an 'aqua-trol' (smaller unit) on a new pool with the Jandy control system, everything works fine. Also, we installed the aquarite on an existing pool which has a Jandy power center, the only problem was that we had to change out the chip in the power center to accomidate the poolside wireless remote (his was too old - I think the chip has to be version "M" or later to work with the palm unit)
