Default Difference between Hayward Ultra and Navigator

I can not find any differences between the Ultra and the Navigator. Does anyone here know?

Other than the external shell, I have found no difference. But as I understand it, the Ultra will be converted over to the navigator to consolidate the lines.

As far as I can tell, the Navigator costs me about $50 extra but comes with a $100 rebate for the customer. The Ultra costs $50 less but only comes with a $50 rebate. In the end they should come out the same. The shell is the only part that is different.
