    Default Littlejj Pool Build

Well, I signed my contract on Tuesday, and layed the pool out today (11/16). They will be here to dig and do steel on Monday, plumbing on Tuesday, and gunite on Wednesday. Things sure move fast this time of year. It's supposed to be sunny all next week. I'm hoping it goes as well as many of the people on this board has gone, better than a few have. Anyway, here's a few specs:

    98 perimeter feet
    3.5 ton waterfall
Beam rock along the back side
    9' x 5' kidney shaped spa w/ stepped flagstone overflow, raised 12"
    tanning deck
diamondbrite finish (not yet decided on color)
    Jandy equipment package:
    2 hp 2 speed pump
    2 hp waterfall pump
CL460 cartridge filter (still have not totally decided against DE)
    RS-8 "One Touch" control system
Polaris 280 cleaner w/ booster pump
    400K BTU heater
    Aquapure salt water system

I can't believe how small the pool looks after staking the pool out. The PB says they all look small when staking it out, but will look much bigger after the dig. Right now it looks like I'm not getting very much for my money.

Well, it's 6:00 and I have a large hole and almost all of the rebar done. They are finishing it up now. Tomorrow they will be here to do the stub up (or stub out) plumbing and they are supposed to do gunite on Wednesday. I'll try to get more of an ariel view tomorrow. I don't know how to paste photos in this post, so I posted them on the link below.

Gunite was done today. My wife got a few pics while they were working, but was unable to get any after they were through before it got dark. They're not great, but I took a few when I got home. Hopefully she can get a break from cooking tomorrow to get a few pictures in daylight. It's killing me having to work while they are doing all of this. I added the pictures to my photobucket website. Does anyone know how to reverse the order they are shown?
