Make it easy on yourself. Take it up to the max (according to your cya level) and then let it drift down. That way you won't have to mess with it as often.
With the cooler weather obviously we're not having to use as much bleach. Since we're not using the pool, does it make a difference whether I add a smaller amount to maintain a ppm level, or just add a gallon at a time and wait until the level drops and add another gallon? Won't it dissipate at the same rate no matter how much I add?
