    Default Filter or Circulate?

Am following the directions on the sticky's for above ground closing. Yesterday morning I added the Polyquat algaecide after having had up to shock level up til the night before. When I added the polyquat I changed the multiport valve to circulate rather than filter.

As tempertures are supposed to dip tonight I am not going to start lowering my water as I had planned, I will do it during the day on Friday

Tonight my plan is to bring the chlorine back up to shock level as it has dropped significantly after adding the polyquat. My question is should I switch the multiport back to filter at this point, or is there still danger that it will filter out the polyquat?

    My water readings are:

    FC: 6
    CC: 0.5
    TC: 6.5
    pH: 7.6
    TA: 200
    Hardness: 300

Using the bleach calc my plan is to add 4.2 gallons of bleach tonight.

    thanks,
    John

I forgot to include my CYA level which is 70. Just go back from the store and it is snowing.
