    How about some 1X6 TREX lumber on top of the pipes? That should last a while.

    Not a bad idea, Mark. I just wish Trex wasn't so expensive. I'm going down to Home Depot today to explore plastic or rubber floor products. My wife nixed the faux tombstone idea for some reason......
