Test your water using a drop-based kit for pH, T/A, and CYA. Scoop any crud you can get to that may be on the bottom out of the pool. Then add enough plain, unscented bleach to raise your chlorine to 12-15 ppm, and keep it there by testing 2-3 times daily and adding whatever amount of bleach is necessary to get it back up to the 12-15. Keep your filter running, and brush daily. In the meantime, you can use Borax or acid to adjust your pH up or down, and baking soda to increase your TA if necessary. You'll almost certainly have zero CYA, so you'll have to get that from WalMart, Lowes, Home Depot, etc. and add it.
