Funny you should ask. We were all set on the exposed aggregate. Then I looked at how much we could buy based on remaining budget, and we decided to increase the total by 250sqFt and go with the white concrete. This will come out to the same price as it would if I went with the aggregate (250 sqft less).
I figured the more the better right now, because I will never go back and add more. Not to mention I think the Red brick will really pop against a White concrete background.
Looks very nice!
I especially like the accent tile on the front face of the steps and the swimout. That's unusual.

Thank you very much. that was an extra 200 bucks to tile guys :-)
Budget??? "You don't need no stinkin' budget." Famous last words, right???
Ditto! That's a very nice touch.
Just one thought on the white concrete. Do you have any concerns that it is going to be reflect a lot of light on sunny days? I know I have trouble seeing from all the glare when I"m on a white sand beach in full sun....ahhh Cancun.![]()
Just something to think about.

Hello everyone. Decking was done today. Went with the exposed aggregrate after all. They made me a great deal.
Plaster is Tuesday :-)
