65% Cal Hypo
I swear I had found somewhere at one time the amount of chlorine a pound of 65% cal hypo would add to 10,000 gallons or the amount of cal hypo that was equivalent to a gallon of bleach or something. It might not even have been on this web site. Anyway, I'm trying to do some calculations to figure out if an end of the season buy of cal hypo will be worth the initial dent in my checking account in the long run.
Can any of you gurus help me out with the calculations? I'm thinking I saw somewhere that a gallon of 5.25 bleach was the same as .65 pounds of 65% cal hypo or something like that. I'm probably WAY off though.
