Today the PB's installed the SWG (aqua-rite).
Just wanted to ask what I should set the PPM to? I am thinking 3600. What do you think?

Hi Mike,
Go for a salt concentration of 3200 to start with. That gives you a little slop if you or your PB is a little too impatient in adding the salt. I have a 47,000 Gallon pool with both a AquaRite and an AquaLogic and have found that 3200 is perfectly adequate. My experence is that the salt concentration take a little bit to stabilize.

I have yet to get home right now, but our PB called and said the SWG is in and adding salt at that time. Not for sure what it's set at, so that is why I ask and will change it once I arrive home tonight![]()

If you are referring to the setting of the SWCG - it will be in % - start with 50% and then adjust depending on your chlorine level.
As far as the salt ppm - that is the amount of salt in the pool - I run mine at 3200ppm and 60% output (6-7 hours per day) to keep at FC at 4-5 with CYA of 40.
