More test results

Here are my initial test results a few weeks ago after start up with my old test kit given to me by the builder. I dont know the company name of the drops.
CH=275 CYA=80-90 FC=4.0 CC=0 PH= 7.4-7.5 ALK=140-150
Water is 70 degrees

New readings today with the old test kit
PH 7.6 CL 4.0 (as far as the kit can test) TA 90 CYA 80 CH 275

I bought a new test kit from Leslies. Its a DPD test kit using Taylor brand drops. Heres the readings
PH 7.4 TA 120 Ch 300 FC 5.0 (as far as the kit goes) CC 0 TC 5.0+ CYA 80 CH 300
Water temp 75
Which kit should I trust ? Numbers look OK? The TA is way off between the 2 kits not sure which to trust at this point. SWC coming this week.

I would re-test the TA using the new kit just to verify your first results, but I think I'd go with the new kit results. It's possible that your reagents have just gotten old in the older kit and are not giving you reliable results. The rest of the numbers are close enough that I wouldn't worry about them.
