First add chlorine (about 2-3 gallons of 6% bleach unscented) to get your FC up. Then you need to add acid to get your PH down between 7.2 & 7.8. You can add the acid at the other end of the pool (just pour the acid into a bucket of water to dilute and then pour in front of a return- NEVER ADD WATER TO ACID) Try to shoot for 7.8 - that way if you overdose the acid a little it won't hurt the liner.
You can search the forum for the bleachcalc program and you enter in your pool size and what you want to change. It has a part that calculates the bleach amount and also for the amount of muriatic acid.
What does your water look like - next would be the ALK. You can read how to get that down to 80-120ppm in the ALK forum sticky.
