    I wanted to use the grill so bad, It did not even make it to the backyard for its 1st time cooking. This was shot in the garage today.





    BTW.... it really does a great job. I love the cast iron grill for its char-broil lines it makes in the steaks.

    Well, it's official...now I'm going to have to grill tomorrow. We just moved and our smoker is at the in-laws house so I'll have to go retreive it- darn you and your pictures Mike!

    I switched from propane to charcoal and I will never go back!!!

    I wish I knew where I could get a santa maria style grate (that raises/lowers via chain)... would love to build a SM style bbq in the back yard!
