Do you mean a vanishing edge pool? A vanishing edge pool is a pool where a section of the wall is below the water level so that the water falls into a trough below to create an optical illusion. It can be made so that it looks like the pool is blending in with the sky(if located on a mountain), or blending in with a lake or large body of water. Hope this helps.

Nope, We looked into those a few years back when the wife did Triathlons, they are not cheap for what you get .But a guy called in on the show asking about the cost of building a lap pool , he wanted a 80 x 10 pool to swim laps host recommended building a regular pool and adding the endless pool machine to one end for laps, not a bad idea. I would have sworn they called it a side-less pool and the host said there was only one in Houston and they are expensive to up keep and build.
