The TC is not really difficult to install but because it must be plumbed, wired, and hoses connected properly, you're better off making sure you understand and are comfortable with the installation manual steps before considering doing it yourself.

I'm pretty sure it was me that was at your house. I was at two jobs that day. One where the woman of the house was out back making barbeque! The other where no one was home, back yard on a slight slope, nice sized cement pad by the equipment.
