    Thanks for the tip. I will check the float today. I have spent (wasted) most of my time trying to adjust the spray jet.

    Just had a similar problem and tracked it back to the external backup unit, which had a crack in the body and was constantly pulling on the 380. Quick, but expensive replacement.

    Otherwise, the jet (on the body) is supposed to go the the 11O'clock position. The water coming from the tail does not really seem to affect how the unit moves, I think it just affects the amount of dirt it kicks up.
