Default Advice on skimmer leak sealant

So I dug up lines and replaced pipe, and still had puddles of water back by my pump(in the bottom of my 3 ft. hole). I can now see that I have a cracked elbow comming out of the bottom of my skimmer. I honestly thought it was a leaf the first time I looked in there.
So, there's no way I got 2K to drop for someone to cut up my concrete and replace it all. Is there a particular kind of putty/selant I may be able to use to fill this gap? The crack must be 1/8 in down there. I'm a little concerned that I can't see all of the crack, is there something I can use that will flow?

    Thanks
