    to me it doesn't sound like a plaster issue, but more of a chemical issue where, that developed over leaving a chemical in an area and possibly not being brushed. this is the only assumption i can come up with. Perhaps taking a picture and posting it may help

    Thank you for the response. Do you have an idea what chemicals could cause siomething like that. I will try to post a picture. Thanks again for the help.
