How much sodium chloride in pounds is in 1 gallon of 6% sodium hypochlorite?

for those who don't want to read through the thread above ( although it is worth the read!)...
1 ppm bleach you are adding 1.1 ppm salt

i did a salt check as i'm putting in an SWG and need to know what i'm starting with. i've only used pucks or bleach for chemical and cya...(haven't used pucks for a long time) my starting point is 400 ppm in a 12,000 gallon pool. the level of chlorine i keep it at is pretty much between 3 and 5.
