    Default Painting aluminum coping?

    I'm thinking of repainting the aluminum(?) coping around our pool. It is worn where the winter cover has rubbed it for years. Any advice on paint, surface preparation, or method? Here's a photo. Thanks!

    we painted ours and it has a new lease on life! we used rustoleum
