that sucks!!! Might want to check to see if the plumber has been paid for the equiptment and all. as far as the errosion by they light nitch you may have to remove a section of the steel and reform the dirt.

Well the plumbing was done back in May so I'm sure I would have heard from them if they haven't been paid yet. If not then they failed to provide the standard 20 day notice of preliminary lien on the property which means they are screwed from getting paid from the pool contractor.
I also have no idea who the plumbing sub-contractor is anyways, they did it while I was at work and of course don't leave a card. I'd as my general contractor but as they never answer the phone and the voice mail system is full I'm sure thats not going to happen.

Okay well to add more insult to injury I called the development office for the county and the nice pool people had gotten the permit approved but never paid for it, submited any plans, or actually got the permit. When I called to see if the builder had submitted any plans with the permit the office was like oh you owe us $475 for the permit. Geee thanks!
