It's safe to say that you'll need to add some bleach, right after it's filling (or when it's half-full, while it's filling. You can add it around the edges, stirring as you go so it doesn't form hot spots around the pool, or pour it right in front of your fill source, or whatever--just don't let the straight bleach contact the edges of the pool. You'll need to keep your Cl at 1-3 ppm for now, until you get some stabilizer in it. (you'll need to add that, too--either in your skimmer or in a tube sock tied in front of your return. Follow label directions to get up to 20 - 30 ppm, but dont' backwash or retest for CYA for about a week because it takes a LONG time to dissolve.)As for the rest of it, when your pool is full, test with a drop-based kit for Cl, pH, and alk, post those numbers, and we can go from there.

You're going to need to know how many gallons your pool holds, then find any post by mwsmith2 and use the link in his signature to the bleach calculator--it'll help you figure out how much of what you need to add based on your test numbers.
