Default Will Pond algae get into the Pool?

I have a pond which is about 100 feet from the pool and it
is starting to turn greenish. My question is, will the algae from
the pond somehow affect my pool water?

For some of the obivious questions: no, there is no way water
from the pond to get displaced in the pool.

Now I don't mind if the pond is a little greenish but if it's going to
affect the pool then I will do something about it.

Algae will only start in your pool if you have inadequate chlorine levels. The pond can be 2' or 200 miles...it's irrelevant.
