Green light after member name?

Hi,
I'll prob kick myself for asking these q's, but, here goes....
1. Why do some member names have a green light beside them?
2. What changes a jr mbr to a sr mbr? (Yes, I am a newbie and very thankful to have found this site)
3. How will we know when Ben has changed our status from mbr to kit owner? I know the mods don't ans kit q's, but I just keep wondering about that green light...?

If you hover the mouse pointer over it it says that the member is online now...

The green light next to the name means that that particular member is currently logged into the forum. When that member logs out, the green dot becomes blue. Jr member vs. Sr member status is based on time involved with the forum, number of posts, and Ben's judgement...
