    Ugh - I hope I don't already need a new float. it's only 2 months old!

As far as cleaning the pool, I think it does a great job. I'm a newbie when it comes to pools and vaccuums. The people that lived in the home before me had a 360, so I just bought a new one. It picks up everything. The only grip I have is that it will get stuck in the deep end for extended period of time. Sometimes I wind up brushing any dirt/debris down to the deep end, just to speed things up.

Mine is doing the same thing and it is only 3 weeks old.

I personally think the cleaner does a horrible job. I've tweeked and tweeked it to no avail. I think I am going to get the Hayward Phantom to replace it (with a booster pump of course).
