Default Sean - Auto Pilot - Please Help

    Hi Sean,
The autopilot DG-220 - 48 cell was installed with our new pool in September 2004. Earlier this month the unit stopped coming on for the programmed times and it took some time to figure out that the clock had stopped working. We called Autopilot and was told to replace the battery which we did but the clock was still stuck on what ever time we put in. We have been manually turning the unit off and on. When I called again, I was told that the circuit board would need replaced and we were happy to see that it was still covered under warranty at 100%. I was told that we do not have a service area for my location and that the circuit board would be expressed mailed to me on 7/21 or 7/24. We still have not received it and my concern is that we will be going out of town for 2-1/2 weeks in 10 days and I will need my unit to be programmed to go on and off so my pool is not a total mess when we get back. Any help or advice you could offer would be greatly appreciated. I talked initially with Iris and left a message for Susan yesterday and today. BTW - We love our Pool Pilot!

    Thanks,
    Vicki (301) 902-4724

    Thanks so much Sean,
There seemed to be some confusion about putting in a service call for me versus sending out the part. The problem has been resolved. Received my new circuit board on Tuesday and hope to have it installed within the next couple of days.

    Thanks for all your help!

    Vicki
