    Unhappy new plaster and problems

I have a question about our new plaster in our remodeled pool. I'm sorry its long, but I need to give you the story.
First of all, our contractor told us that it would teake 4-5 weeks to complete our job and it has been 9-10 weeks, so needless to say I am irritated.
Well, our job was supposedly completed, and we put in the water. The next morning our contractor came over to turn everything on, etc... well we had a leak in the return lines and the pipes blew ( he hooked it up to the old retun system instead of the new one). So, a bunch of concrete and half of our decking had to be removed so the plumbing could be fixed, then the concrete was repoured. Well, in the meantime our pool got filthy, water truning green, etc... So the poole gets drained only 7 days after it was completed, and replaced with new water, 4 dyas of fresh water now. Well, today he comes and goes to hook up the pool sweep and is having problems again. he changed out the pool pump, so now the filter is not running AGAIN because he did this this evening and had to trun the electricity off to the pool so that the pipes can dry before turning it on.. We have black marks on the steps, a lot of dirt at the bottom of the pool, etc... I think you get the picture. oh yeah, our decking is staying wet right by where the return thing is inside our pool. Is this a leak?
My DH and I are concerned about the plaster staining and curing process. Will all of this dirt and filling and draining of the pool be a problem to the plaster? I appreciate information I can get. I want to know what I'm talking about when I talk to our contractor. Thanks!
