Liner Fit

Hello Pool Experts,
I am writing to ask a quick question. My wife and I are just finishing getting our first in-ground pool installed. It is not totally finished but we are allowed to swim. I have noticed in the shallow end of the pool that the liner does not fit properly where the floor of the pool meets the wall. The liner does not fit snuggly into the corner and feels "squishy" under the foot like it needs to be pushed into the corner. Everywhere else it feels ok.
My question:
Is the liner just not installed right or could there be water or air still behind the liner? Will it corrrect itself? Should we be worried or are we being to anal?

Now that I look at the pool pic again, what at first looked like an above ground pool installed underground now looks like an inground pool... is it? I don't blame you for being concerned about the liner not being in the corners well, sounds like a disaster waiting to happen.

The "squishy" feel is ground water. Some pools have it, some don't. Mine does, for 9-10 years before I changed the liner this year and now my NEW liner has it. I've proved it's ground water by sampling the water and comparing to the pool. My pool has corregated drain pipe around the perimeter but it basically protects the walls.

I've evacuated nearly all the water out from behind the liner and had a tight fit but it always got squishy in the corners, along the coves within days.

You'll still get plenty of life out of the liner, I only changed ours because it had faded from over chlorination (another story).

Thanks everyone for your input. I will get the pool guys to suck all of the water out behind the liner and see what happens.
It is an in-ground pool - just not backfilled. We sank the pool down into the ground as our lot is uneven - that is why some of it is sticking out a bit. It is now backfilled with crushed stone and graded and it is in-ground. Now awaiting cement.
