Post Salt build up on stone and stamped concrete

How can I remove the salt build up on my stone wall for my water fall and on the stamped concrete. Without causing any damage???

If it's salt, it should dissolve in water. If not, you probably got calcium buildup. Mild muriatic acid (usually less than 10%) will normally dissolve calcium buildup. Rinse it with clear water as soon as the calcium is gone.
