Been waiting on Ben's kit to confirm the cya & cal issues. Added some cya on Thursday (shooting for 20) and it may not be disolved yet. (Learned that here) Will get some more cal increaser in there tomorrow.

Our pool runs around 2.5 to 3 cl with our adding ONE to TWO QUARTS of 6% bleach nightly. If I miss a night or have a storm, rain, etc. then I add THREE QUARTS. It seems to hold steady and water is so beautiful, thanks to this site and the moderators. Thanks again to Janet & Carl D. When we started 5 or 6 weeks ago, we (pool newbies, of course) had a green algae slime pit, a broken pump & a filter full of play sand instead of pool sand. We have come a long way.....with YOUR help. Love this site, happy swimming, Joyce
