Invisible Solar Heating

I'm not sure if this is the right place for this, but Carl noted he has Invisible Solar heating.

What is that? I did search for it and only got the posts where Carl mentioned.

So Carl what is ISH.

It's the FantaSea decking on my pool. The decking is hollow and you pump the water through it. The deck heats the water and the water cools the deck. It works very nicely and we love it.

However, Island Pools, the manufacturer, has lost its source of solar panels--they had trouble with them springing leaks (yup). They thought they had a new injection molding company lined up, the test panels were good, then they couldn't reach a final agreement and the deal fell through.

If you go to their web site, www.leisureliving.com, and look for FantaSea pools and parts, you'll see how it works and how it looks. I've posted pics of my pool before but let me see if I have a new one....

Yes it is, I have been wondering if it would work to just attach sprinkler line to the underside of the deck, as long as the deck was stained a dark color it could still work, I think...
