Default Where to find AstralPool Pump & Filter Parts

I'm looking for parts for my AstralPool Millenium Sand Filter and Pump. I can't seem to find the parts.

I'm looking for a spider gasket fort he filter and threaded union 1 1/2" and union nut for the pump.

Anyone know of a place where I can buy them online or chain pool stores?

If you have a part number, www.pool1.com has a good parts search engine. Also try www.a1poolparts.com
I have had the best results finding obsolete parts at pool1.
    Good luck

Thanks for the info. I was able to find 2 out of the 3 items that I need at the above sites, however I can't find the Union Nut. My filter for some reason only has threads on the outside for a hose to connect. The threaded union goes on first and then the Union Nut goes on top of that and screws onto the pump to secure it in place. Just frustrating. Wish I had a more popular brand name filter/pump.

The way you described the male threads on the filter and with female threaded ring sounds like my pool (unless I misunderstood your descripton).

The threaded ring or collar you describe is straight thread (not pipe thread). It is the same as a standard pipe union for 2" pipe (at least in my case).

You can buy one at http://www.bestbuypoolsupply.com/plumbing-supplies.htm an djust use the threaded ring/collar.

If I'm way off on understanding your situation try to post a picture.
    Good Luck

I brought it to the pool store and every union nut they had was either too big or too small. Just my bad luck. I do have a union nut on pump to filter hose. When it comes time to replace that filter hose I can just cut the hose in half and slide off the union nut.
