I don't know if this counts a construction but... here goes...
We have to get swimming pool steps put in our pool. The thing is we have an inground pool and we can't have steps added so we have to buy those plastic steps you put in your inground pool and to weigh them down you add sandbags to them inside.
My question is has anyone ever had to buy them? Are they worth it? Are they safe? Do you like them?
Any other info would be great also.
I have been looking for reviews online and I can't find any for the actual steps. Any help would be great.
Thank you!

Us7sail mentioned retrofitting steps when you need the liner replaced, let me just add that steel steps (made out of the same material as metal pool walls) are available they fit in the corner of the pool, if you'd like more info, just let me know and I'll find out who we get ours from and get back to you (* I'm not trying to sell them, just informing that they exist) We install 3 - 7 sets per year, it's not hard to do once you get the hang of it.
