    Default Aquajet Thoughts

    Hi Folks,

We recently bought a house with a fairly large (about 40k gallons) concrete inground pool. It was built in 1966 so it's gone through several rounds of re-plumbing, some more elegant than others

Nonetheless, it's running due in no small part to advice from forums like this.

I wanted to ask for opinions and experiences with the Aquajet / Jet Demon pool robots. They appeal to me because they seem to have fewer moving parts than the Aquabots.

I found a positive review here:

    Any comments would be appreciated.

I had a Pool Rover Plus. It is the same thing. My problem with it was that it would get stuck in the same cycle for an oval shape pool, due to curvature of deep end wall. If that wouldn't happen, it was a decent product. The review is pretty accurate. However, I have concern on how well it cleans any irregular or oval pool.
