    Cool my salt level

    1200 ppm, but I still dont fill the silky hair that some have mentioned, it is more pleasing to the eyes if I would get my ph down some I beleive I'd be good to go.

    Normally a higher pH will make you feel 'slimier' (spelling?!) but adjusting the pH to 7.2-7.6 will help either way. I did the same thing two weeks ago and am rocking 1000ppm salt in my non-SWG pool. I so far feel it was over-hyped but may keep bringing the ppm up to 1500-2000 slowly to see if I notice more of an effect.
