I couldn't find anything online on the Poolmaster kit. Unless someone who owns one will scan the instructions, you're best bet may be to head to a pool store, find a test kit like that, and make some notes.
Normally, you do 5 drops/cap and invert for CL and ph. There may be an acid demand test which has you counting drops added to the completed ph test to determine how much acid to add, but that test is pretty rarely used. TA tests vary, but typically have you adding 5 drops of one agent, possibly two, and then counting drops of an indicator reagent. You'll multiply the number of drops by some number - the number varies depending upon the reagent... all of mine are 10.
Of course, you could just return the replacement reagents and pop for a new kit...
