Default Question on Walmart test kit

I have a Walmart drop test kit and I was just double checking on how to read it. It has a Chlorine and a Bromine side in the same tube, and if I only look at the chlorine side it goes up to 5ppm (same box Bromine 10).
I have a CYA of 30 so I know I need to keep my chlorine between 3 and 6ppm. I just want to make sure I am reading it correctly.
So basciailly I am looking for someone who has the kit or knows about it and when they say 3-6ppm they mean the chlorine only side not 3-6 ppm because that is what it says in the one little box on tube 3 chlorine 6 bromine.

I hope this makes sense, please let me know if it doesn't and I can try to re-write. I just want to make sure I am keeping my chlorine up so I have no more problems.

    Thanks
