    Saw my pool guy today. He quoted me 2-2300, that also includes a new pool light (housing and all).

    That seems reasonable.

    Actually it does include floor work, If I want new foam I'd buy that separately.

    Pool Guy will custom fit and guarantee no wrinkles.

    BTW I understand some people don't have any foam at all. Anybody's pool like that?

    Foam probably isn't a necessity, it just smoothes out the panel seams.

    Pool guy can guarantee no wrinkles as he knows liners today are computer cut for accuracy and are made to STRETCH into place with water pressure.

    BTW, we opted for a dark blue (Sanibel tile?) pattern that was darker than the original. The water temperature gain of 7-8 degrees over ambient was/is a nice benefit. It seems to level out at around 90 degrees but can get that on an sunny 82-83 degree day.
