    Default Pool Remodel... Advice Wanted.

I live in Orange California and have a vintage 1970 33,000 gallon Sunset Concrete / Plaster pool which needs a facelift. The pool is currently equipped with a below deck DE filter and skimmer. I would like a recommendation regarding new pool finish surface i.e. new plaster vs pebbletec, etc. and what water treatment / filter system would be the best. I am prepared to demo the existing system and replace as required. Thanks...

I have a 1971 remodel I am almost finished with. I redid the plumbing, plaster (3m aegean green), sam lights, new decks, dedicated suction line, waterfall and equipment. It was worth every agonizing day. It is in the startup phase right now. I can post more later in the week once I get the syntheic grass in. I will also post pics.
