Stupid, STUPID ? and aerating...

How is this done with a return jet, I have my jet turned so that it makes the water ripple, is this done with it on Filter or some other setting?? HELP!!I really need to get my ph up and don't want to add anything to my water!!

You are doing it right - and on filter is correct. How low is your ph? If it is below 7.0, I wouldn't wait for the aeration to bring it up. I'd add Borax now. (BTW - don't be afraid to add Borax. It is perfectly fine to do so. I do it all the time. Well, not all the time, because my ph is pretty stable. But, when it does dip a little low, I add some.)
