Default tired of pool want to fill, need help soon!!!

Hi again, I have a vinyl pool,70,000 litres. with a small, approximately 3 feet of concrete around it. I have decided I want to get rid of it. I have a landscape company in mind, but they say they dont have to drill holes in the bottom of the pool for drainage, and that they leave the vinyl liner in the bottom of the pool. I dont have yard access for a truck , so everything will be done by a small loader. Can anyone help me figure out what they should be doing?? I dont know how much this should cost as I have got so many prices!! Lots are so out of whack.
Any help that I can get would be great. Also............where is the best place to post this??

First, i would would find out what your city;town ordinances are/requires. Here in MI usa my husband did a pool fill in and it was required that everything had to be gone and inspected before filling in according to one city's ordinanaces;plumbing, walls and all; another city just concrete [at 6 ft depth or deeper] could be left with clean fill over it. The bottom does have to be drilled for drainage; I would guess the metal{wall materials} would have to go ,as well as the liner, minimally.
He has charged about 3,000$ dollars including bringing the dirt in w/ a small loader. hope this helps.
